      Great environment to learn and growth. Boost your confidence by fast appraisal. One can learn as much as he/she can if devoted.

      Cons

      Make no difference if you are at home or at work. Hard to find any downside for one who is looking for growth

      Pros

      I Actualy Thank Sanmax Company, Not for Providing me the Job, but to Providing a Growth in my Career to continue my Study along with my Job. I am completing my Masters while earning at sanmax, and also got Scholarship through sanmax scholarship Program.

      Cons

      Management Need to be more conscious for Growth. because this is the time sanmax can Grow and they also need to make their Piller Strong.
