It is unfortunate you have not even reached out to me or any management for any concerns. We care for every Sankians and if you are not happy, we will figure immediate way to help you find other options. I know you are young and do not know right ways to address your concerns. It is feedback to us that in some pockets people like you do not feel free to raise their concerns to us. In all cases, we are very rationale and do not expect anyone to continue in Sankey if they are not aligned with our philosophy/mindset. We could have helped you find right company long-term back. You definitely need help and you will get it if you reach out.
About your point on Freshers, we live in time where innovation is driven by young professional minds throughout the world. We invest very heavily in tapping right mindset and creating professionals out of young minds. That is our USP. If you see around in Sankey, these young innovative professionals are the ones who are trusted by companies throughout the world to solve complex problems. Which is why we are growing even in Pandemic situation. There are enough "freshers" in Sankey who are learning at speed of light and challenging so called "Professionals". In technology, it is not an experience that matter, it is right mindset, discipline and passion that matter. However clearly in spite of stating our belief multiple times from interviews to on boarding, some people don't get it and join because they want job. We know that Sankey is not cup of tea for everyone. Some people need a traditional organization which will give months of bench time to learn. We understand and respect that.
