Pros

They'll pay for all of your food, lodging, and you're guaranteed a good amount of hours.

Cons

A lot of "karens", racist people, etc. attend there and may be rude to you. You just kind of have to learn to smile and shrug it off. Other staff may discriminate against minorities as well, and nothing is done about it.

Pros

Working at Sandy Cove several years ago was perfect. Living locally, I was part time most of the year and full time in the summer. I absolutely loved the summers as Sandy Cove. The atmosphere was fun and energetic and seeing staff return summer after summer was a blast and really showed how much returning staff cherished working at Sandy Cove. Big shout out to Nate Ransil. As a boss, he exemplified leadership qualities that I wish all my bosses possessed. Alas, I haven't been so lucky. If you get a chance to work underneath him, jump at the opportunity.

Cons

The entry pay may be lower than what many people are looking for, but I've seen plenty of employees work their way up the ladder. Though be prepared to put maximum effort in order to be recognized. This organization seemed good at rewarding based on merit and results and not just seniority.
