Slow moving company that can’t make decisions.

absolutely amazing people work for this company who are trust worthy and just genuinely amazing people. they'll spend the time to teach/train you and do an absolutely amazing job at it.

the work can be quite repetitive and the Birmingham office require a lot of night surveys during my time of employment due to a lack of equipment compared to other offices. A lot of out of hours work and no extra pay is the only downside ( they offer time off in lieu instead )
