Pros
They are supposed to hire on (or let go) operators after three months. They are typically fair with the operators, as long as they do what they are supposed to do and show up when they say they will.
Cons
They encourage the good old boy network. If you have been there a while, you will probably stay there a while. They have closed some facilities internationally, and brought people in from the failing sites. This means that they brought in the failing ideas and are now using them to run the site. They like to lay people off right before the holidays to get the numbers down.
