There is not much pressure from management and expectation is to own your responsibilities. Free speech is promoted.
Cons
Management decisions either are non existent or they come out of the blue striking like a thunder in operations flow. To many changes that are generating heavy operation stress (day to day work overloading). Decisions are taken only high level on big numbers without deep understanding of disturbance in daily activities that are consuming so much recourses.
