Pros
The company had clear expectations and a transparent review process. They provide opportunities for you to learn new skills and set goals to improve yourself. I enjoyed knowing I was contributing to the safety of our products.
Cons
There was not a lot of room for advancement in the technical track, particularly since they have really decreased their R&D. While always working on different products, the methods are similar and can be repetitive both mentally and physically. They have switched to using a lot of temporary labor instead of hiring people on directly.
