Nice and bright people in the wrong set up and structure - Global Commodity Leader Sandoz Employee Review

No actual culture, only words on the slides but when it gets serious there is no leadership and no mindfulness nor kindness neither. The process is slow and heavy, people are getting scared to speak up and to endorse any responsibility. Current bad atmosphere with lack of vision on long term shape !!!!
