Lacked big picture strategy that was easy to attach to, somewhat hostile vibes between Enterprise division (which was new when I joined) and the franchise network
Leadership is a constantly changing, out-of-touch, white boys club. Sexism is prevalent and diversity and inclusion is nonexistent. Processes and systems are antiquated and manual, nowhere near what they promise clients. Lots of drama and hostility between departments as well as between enterprise and franchise businesses. There is so much NOISE constantly going on, you can't get any work done.
