Waste of time. Blind leading the blind. Management are bullies and clueless. Being experienced gets you more work over inexperienced staff due to high turnover. Go work for someone better like vertu or pentagon over these cowboys won’t be open in 10 years from now. Terrible pay for the work load. They sell dodgy cars and high blame culture.

Some great people worked there, gradually all leaving for better jobs and rightly so.
The training was pretty good.
Lauren Gittins is awesome. (and can do better than that place)
Cons
Some of the worst commission set ups I have seen, basically chump change per deal.
Cafe was good until they made cuts. Now overpriced, mid quality morsels of depression are the best you can hope for.
Rules only applied if you weren't pals with the GM.
