-Great team of friendly, skilled artists -Human management who works hard and treats everyone equally + strives to continually improve work conditions -Amazing office (big town house with a huge garden) -Recognition and consideration -Team building is highly encouraged/favoured
Cons
Like in any other video game studio, there are some stressful periods (deadlines / milestones) but extra hours are actually paid (unlike some companies) and the work atmosphere always remains positive and benevolent
