There's nothing good about this company.Any illiterate in this world can clear the interview and get a job here,yet they expect Engineering graduates.

Well, here comes the main part.Please don't join Sandcube and ruin your career. It's the worst organization one can ever work in. They say the job is for the role of data analyst but it's not at all a data analyst job. There's no point working here after completing Engineering. They're fooling people by describing the role as data analyst and more over they work on sports videos indexing.It doesn't require any technical skills and has no future. And when it comes to salary part they'll mention 1.8LPA but salary is totally based on performance here,they pay you based on how many games you complete. They'll will not even pay you salary at the right time. Salary is very low than what they've specified.Please don't join and spoil your life.

I really had a very bad experience to work in Sandcubes analytical pvt ltd. 1.you will never get paid leave. 2. No salary on time. 3.if you will take 1 day leave then 350 rs will be deducted from what you have earn. 4.in 1 day you can earn maximum 150-250 if you have luck to get the game for indexing. 5.In 1 month you will get maximum 15-18 days work and remaining days you have to sit without work without pay. 6. They will give you designation as data analyst but the thing is that it’s only to index the game. The experience will never be considered in any organisation.

Only employee is supportive over there.
