      Pros

      Management cares about the workers and the customers. Tries to match employees to contract needs. Paid for training and certifications. Better than average pay and benefits. Nice to be able to call up the CEO personally about issues.

      Cons

      Never any interaction with the group in Illinois and the one in Texas.

      They are small and can only higher a limited amount of employees.

      Amazing, knowledgable group of people. Benefits were great and you were treated with respect. So many other good things to say.
