Pros

After everything that happened I can't come up with any pros about this company.

Cons

They hired me as a Social Media Manager. I read the job description and everything was fine, it was a management position. These were some of the tasks they asked me to do since my 1st day there: - Record myself advertising their supplements and their 50% discounts for Instagram stories. - Record tiktoks of myself in my house doing recipes and/or advertising their products. - Do Instagram lives (for which my supervisor asked if she could come to my house to do it - outside of working hours, 8pm) - Asked MY MUM to record a fake review for their website in exchange of a free pack of supplements. - Work Saturdays and Sundays to be able to post Instagram stories with links (you can't program these) The best part is this tho: After doing these 'influencer' tasks + the management ones for a month, the CEO told me I had to leave because after more than a year trying to save the Social Media department, it was not working. No one EVER mentioned the department was at risk. They gave me a job they knew was likely going to disappear, and in the 3 interviews I had before accepting their offer no one ever said anything about this. And lastly: They assured me I could have a Working Student contract after I asked if I needed to enrol in more subjects to be eligible (which I was willing to do). They said no need. Before my payment, the HR came to my desk to let me know I would get paid more than 100 euros less because I wasn't enrolled in enough subjects so I wasn't a Working Student and I needed to pay more taxes. I could keep going with a few other things, but I think with this you can have an idea of how the 2 months I spent there were. Never cried because of a job ever in my life before.

Pros

Employees are given a considerable degree of freedom in their work, fostering creativity and innovation.

Cons

The company struggles with a significant lack of communication, leading to chaotic workflows and inefficiencies. Leadership, particularly the CEO, often sets unrealistic goals and demonstrates a lack of patience for projects to reach completion, resulting in frequent disruptions, unresolved issues, and employees being blamed for failing to meet unattainable targets. Job distribution is highly unbalanced, with some employees left without sufficient tasks while others are overburdened, struggling to improve their KPIs. Most employees lack a professional background relevant to their roles, which further contributes to the disorganization and chaotic task management. Additionally, meetings are poorly managed, with unnecessary ones held frequently while important discussions are constantly delayed, exacerbating the inefficiencies.
