      Very Bias Firm - Project Manager Sana Commerce Employee Review

      Pros

      Some small nice perks are available like free coffee and lunches but this is only in the office and nothing for remote employees. Work schedule is not bad but does get chaotic at times; management listens and shows care but no real tangible long-term action is taken. The product is strong and getting better.

      Cons

      The firm claims to have a great culture but is very bias. There is a constant push and highlighting of commerical roles, while delivery is neglected and put on backburner. Upper management is all white males and this is normal and okay in the CEO's mind. There are many young and unqualified individuals in leadership roles and preference is given to Dutch employees over all regions for these roles. Upper mobility is limited as a result and this firm is okay for individual contributors or someone looking to spend 1-3 years as a stepping stone.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and team spirit. People want to help each other and see each other succeed. It's a highly collaborative and fun environment. The Dallas office is the new North-American HQ and an exciting and dynamic environment that is growing by the month. The people are smart, management is invested in their people and motivation all around is high.

      Cons

      Since the new Dallas hub is still growing, the current smaller setting might not be for everyone. However, the office and the headcount in Dallas is growing fast.

      Pros

      There aren't any anymore unfortunately.

      Cons

      2.5 years ago a new CEO came in. Unfortunately the company has lost its product market fit since and the culture is gone. Most of the good employees have left and many more are jumping off the ship. I don't see the company making a comeback from this in the next couple of years and will be surprised to see how long they're around.
