very positive work-live balance good benefits leadership team wants to connect with everyone

-process heavy to the point its difficult to follow so many ever changing processes -lots of uncertainty about whose role it is to uphold said processes and its typical to hear "everyone does it differently" causing even more confusion. -very little growth and learning opportunity.
