Pros
The managerial team in the customer service department was very helpful and kind most of the time. It is a good place to begin and a good place to learn. The discounts on items were nice. The company does promote within from my experience. Most of the people there are very likeable and kind. The hours you have are set, so there are no surprises.
Cons
The job itself is very repetitive, so it wouldn't work for someone who wants experience in various roles. Some customers are very hard to deal with. Overall, it is not a bad place, but I stayed longer than I should've just for the people. So that's something. The pay isn't the best.
