Dead end job, look somewhere else - Account Executive SanMar Employee Review

Propaganda at its finest. SanMar knows what their doing. They pay their employees very little across the company to maximize profits. However, to save face they act like this is a great place to work by telling you everyday. They put on a company party every year and have occasional bbqs to act like they care. They don't. Some people actually buy into this propaganda, employees call it drinking the cool aid. If Management actually cared they would pay their employees a decent salary and look into their out of control turnover. The company offers very little vacation time and no sick days. No opportunity for advancement. SanMar has no faith in its employees and loves to hire from the outside. Boring and tedious job. Burnout rate is very high. Obvious dead end job.
