Pros
Do a lot for their employees. Friendly place to work. Good advancement possibilities. Salary was competitive.
Cons
HR took the employees side on most disciplinary/counseling issues. Wanted front line management to hold employees accountable but would then side with the employee leaving the front line to twist in the wind. Good family values when good for the company.
