      Pros

      Small office so you meet everyone. There are nice people, but most leave within short amount of time. It is very easy for good talent to find another role.

      Cons

      Harassment is not uncommon. Very high turnover. Issues are very apparent, but management chooses to ignore.

      Although it is small, it is an environment where everything about biotech startups is concentrated. It helped a lot in improving my skills.
