Pros
SanBio has one of the most interesting and innovative stem cell product that I have seen in any pharmaceutical landscape. The small company setting will expose you to lot of opportunities that you won't get to do for many years in medium-big pharma settings.
Cons
There won't be much of a quality infrastructure to guide your work. The small company setting creates heavy workload for everyone which often makes it difficult to collaborate with others
