Good - Anonymous employee San Jamar Employee Review

Employees at San Jamar are a joy to work with.

There is no air conditioning in the warehouse. Those summer days get pretty hot.

Good team of people, good benefit package, great products. Middle management works hard to value each employee.

Upper Management does not value people - I have often been reminded that everyone is replaceable. Purchased by a private equity firm in 2012 and its all about the bottom line - whatever it takes to show the best sales and profit numbers. Management offers a lot of lip service but no action to back up their concern with what employees believe.
