Pros for working at SDAC is that I get to work with a team of highly motivated co workers, led by our CEO which is very insightful on the ever changing automotive world.

There are many detail oriented tasks in which one must remain very focused and concentrated. The con to this is, that with such a high paced environment it can get overwhelming if you are not organized. However our CEO is able to identify these challenges & work through them with us.
