      Excellent training and very well organised. Adaptable to sudden production changes.

      Cons

      Fluctuating hours and pay. Noisy enviroment to work in. High turn over of contractor staff.

      Good people to work with, generally keen for your progression but depends on team and manager, great quality products and some hard working people
