      Benefit of health insurance (but almost all companies have that now). Annual Bonus (Again almost all companies have that).

      Cons

      No salary increase. There´s some descrimination. Bad attitude in management.

      Good people to work with, generally keen for your progression but depends on team and manager, great quality products and some hard working people

      Cons

      Pay reviews. Could be better aligned across businesses. Could have better incentives to achieve.
