The scheduling is flexible and they can work around a student's schedule. As a server you will learn some kitchen skills which is unique to this restaurant.

rude owner with little regard for employees, at least when I was there.
not much else besides that. unfortunately the mood of the owner is the kind of thing that will have an effect on managers and subsequently your enjoyment of the day.
