Pros

Hours of operation Decent benefits.

Cons

Incredibly toxic environment that stems from head office. Gaslighting, gossip, inconsistent information. The district manager Tonya refers to herself as "the sherrif" while trash talking the president and owners previous operational standards. Complete lack of transparency both during onboarding and over the duration of my career with company. Location was being scaled back for closure and products being sent in were subpar by comparison to what was being sent to uptown location and from previous years back stock. Denied attempts to connect with other businesses via marketing initiatives in downtown core, ignored request to have someone first aid certified in location. The list is long.

Pros

Specific people are kind but the company itself selects for people with very little empathy, does not accommodate Scheduling due to stru ture of mocks.

Cons

Just about everything, there are ways to approach sales that allow your team to work together instead of against each other. Distrust of associates, leaders, and managers is at the core of their business. They also have no customer service department for issue escalation.
