Pros
Everything is organized, with the degree of organization at times overwhelming or in excess. There is opportunity to do well after the initial consideration is done for HQ folks.
Cons
You have to take on all the input from HQ on how and what things to get done. There is little room the imagination or initiative, just keep your head down, listen to your supervisor and get the job done seems the general attitude.
