      Pros

      Job security (even during recession). Decent On-site opportunities (though it has reduced in recent times) Decent pay (for Delhi NCR region).

      Cons

      Bad management. No real power given to Indian management as compared to the power given to their Korean subordinates. Dealing with the HR department is a painful experience. Too much politics.
