1. Get to work on cutting edge technology 2. Lots of learning opportunities 3. Lots of young and like minded people around you. 4. Free food and transport 5. Good compensation 6. Nice place to start your career. 7. Support for higher education(only technical)
Cons
1. Work, work and more work 2. Overtime and work on weekends is normal. 3. No work from home. 4. Military like discipline expected. 5. No flexi hours. Even if you have worked till 12:00 in the night, report back for work at 8:30 in the morrning. 6. Long leaves are rarely approved. 7. Work-Life balance is a concern. 8. HQ is the final authority and its a dictatorship. No democracy.
