Pros
+ Big brand name + Good learning opportunities + Wide scope of work due to diversity in Samsung's Business
Cons
+ No flexiibility in work hours + No work from home facility + Highly secure environment... sometime it bugs you a lot.. + Management doesn't take decisions on time.. + HR doesn't keep up its words when it comes to bonuses / any benefits + Korean MD is bent on desciplining employees... but his approach is totally incorrect in the Indian context.
