Bad analytics practices have been unable to provide good data and an stable platform to work with. Disorganization when managing projects, lack of basic communication. Same problems in different days and everything rushed out and not thought through properly. Lack of exploring more modern tools and practices. Only one point of contact for IT demands. Higher manager do not get involved into employees needs such as missing payments due to late approval and/or bad processes.
