Pros
Staff discounts but other benefits are minimum standard Staff are given the latest phones and laptop Good pay including generous bonus Free parking, clean office premises and nice coffee machine There are still nice people to be found and at a team level, there are some attempts for a good culture.
Cons
The place can bring out the worst in people - being political, cunning, callous and cold-hearted. These are mostly the ones who survive long term and get high performance reviews. Some people are too wrapped up in themselves to care for others or how their actions impact others.
