      Pros

      A nationalist mafia of incompetent yes-men. It is not very hard to be the smartest person in the room but it isnt a flattering considering the level of racially selected team managers.

      Cons

      The regional CEO rules like a mini-dictator, demoted from HQ due to his incompetence. Culture is racially split between Koreans and non-Koreans. A very old fashioned way of doing no business in this redundant cost center.
