      Good pay packet, leave and compensation if you stick to the company.

      Cons

      No work life balance, there is no use of the leaves that you get. Taking leaves is frowned upon. Management is not capable of taking firm strategic decisions. Upper management is totally handicapped in terms of technology in the India center
