Pros

- Opportunities. You get chances to realize whatever project you dream about (and get budget for that) - Challenges. For a marketing or communications person, you will get unbelievably cool projects to work on - Swiss knife expertise. Given specific of corporate culture, you'll be able to develop your expertise in 360 degree - digital, BTL, sponsorship etc - Great brand, great products and tech, world-class opportunities

Cons

- Lack of corporate culture is a nightmare. There is no such thing as real corporate values embedded into everyday life of every employee. The only principle people in regions are sharing for many years is 'getting my salary and sitting here quietly'. Nothing changes. - The worst point is that everything happens ad hoc, without certain touch of the business strategy. You can be working on a product marketing and achieve great results and than once you manage this the product is dropped from the local market. No bothering to explain this decision or the reasons to take it to employees. - No respect to the value of your work from the top management. If you are lucky, you'll get a good head of department, but no sign of understanding of your business function and its importance from the top management who will tell you are copy past people and many other nice and motivating stuff - Terrible business processes. Just terrible. Approvals are never nice but in Samsung, they've done everything to make it as less human-oriented as possible. - No clear performance management

Pros

I've worked at a number of companies throughout my career, but this Silicon Valley company stands out as one of the best experiences I've had professionally. From day one, the culture here is genuinely different — and in the best way possible. The team is incredibly collaborative. Whether you're working cross-functionally or within your own department, people are always willing to roll up their sleeves and help. There's no ego here — just a shared commitment to doing great work together.

Cons

No cons for now so can't say nothing
