Pros
It's a decent job in the music/audio industry where you can learn and start a career. You won't be asked to work OT or after hours, it's 9-6 and that's it. Management respects your privacy and personal life. Coworkers are all great people and willing to teach and help. They were flexible about WFH during covid.
Cons
Very low pay in a very expensive area for employees, management seems to be the only ones making nice pay. No scheduled performance reviews. If you don't ask they may never give you a raise. How can you expect to keep employees that way? No PTO for your first 12-15 months, just a few sick days. High turnover rate. Always slow to launch products and behind the competition. No care about being innovative or doing anything interesting, just focused on being the cheaper option of products that are already out. No real room for advancement.
