Pros
Samson Funding is a great company to work for whether you are looking to start a career in sales or if you have prior sales experience. It is a fun, fast paced and team oriented environment where management is there to assist you every step of the way. The onboarding process is run by the Floor Manager who provides sales, product & industry training to new hires. Once on the sales floor he is always willing to assist in any capacity. The Head Underwriter is very creative in working with both the Sales Representative and their prospective client in finding the best solution possible to get a deal done.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments about the company itself. There can be a lot of rejection but in sales it comes with the territory and the rewards outweigh the rejection. If that is something you are not prepared or willing to deal with then this may not be the position for you.
