IT'S ALL ABOUT BUSINESS. BUILT SEVERAL CAMPUSES IN DIFFERENT REGIONS BUT MATERIALS ARE ALL MADE FROM JAKARTA CAMPUS AND TEACHERS. TEACHERS ARE NOT CREDITED FOR HARD WORK. Professional development days are spent by teachers working on the tasks that are supposed to be done by the director and coordinators.

Sampoerna Academy is an excellent school to be working at. Senior leadership team is an expert in their own field, easy to work with and always strive to work for what's best for the children. The teachers are very capable as well and willing to learn.

For those who prefers city life, Medan will be a new adventure for you. Personally, I prefer slow living so Medan is right up in my alley.
