The time they put into their people and the training is great. All of the employees are great to work with. It has the family feel to it as it is the third generation running it. Daily morning meetings that are like a huddle type before the work day starts about anything new or something that needs to be brought attention too. Monthly perks if the goal is hit.

Benefits aren't that great but they do offer them. Vacation is earned/accrued, which is hard. You end up working when you are sick just so you can have a vacation.
