Technical candidates have to write an agreement of period over two years.Managers in all departments are uneducated they will not let their people working under them to learn.Management will appoint low cadre people spy on technical candidates to gather information about technical candidates.No proper work allotment will be done to technical candidates.Salaries are very less.
