Lovely leadership. Consistent in instructions. Good place to find a long term work

Leadership that values longer employed staff then newer. Inconsistency in rules. They like to have favorite employees. They lack good communication among employees.

They employ swedish citizens who have some form of negative disability with the goal of helping said employee with assistance regarding that disability to give them a chance to work in a job market that unfairly discriminates against people with disabilities normally. Good hours, usually Decent starting salary for employment without prerequisites.

The idea is good, but their enactment of their goals are quite lacking. It's mostly used as a way to take advantage of people in Sweden with working disabilities, as they don't often offer proper channels for supporting disabilities. In effect, they supress it instead, giving the majority of their workforce mundane cleaning jobs and having everyone sign a policy stating they're not required to talk, or allowed to ask, about their disabilities amongst each other. They get grants from the goverment for employing disabled people and thus choose to employ as many as possible, to get as much in grants as possible, then use them for less than dirt-cheap labour, and if anything goes wrong along the way, the workers who weren't properly prepared get the blunt end of the failure. I don't recommend supporting their company, but if you have no other options living in sweden, they DO offer jobs and salary for jobs, which is the minimum expected from a company.
