Pros
The mission and goals at Samaritan are really to take care of the patients and communities that we serve. Most of the employees you work with are therefore caring and compassionate. It is a nice place to work. PTO is generous, benefits package is good with insurance and 401K match.
Cons
Pay for clinical staff is very good, not always great pay for those on the lower end of the education scale. There is help for education and/or student loans and Samaritan likes to promote from within.
