Work/life balance is a high priority; the ultimate mission is "heart work" = work that is emotionally and spiritually fulfilling if you are selfless/service-minded; the future is bright!

The current economy is making financial contributions increasingly more difficult for regular donors which can impact our mission at hand.

The volunteers with the organization are amazing. Only having a 32 hour work week was also a huge plus!

They hired a (now former) Director of Operations who was incredibly awful to work with. He understood retail and had no idea how to function in a non profit setting. A lot of people left as a result of the bridges he burned. No opportunity for upward movement or advancement. I was told I had been maxed out salary wise and couldn't receive a yearly raise.
