I don't Think so Any one Want to work With This Organization.

There Are many Of the Sides (1) Not Sure That How Long Your Job Will Stay in this Company. (2)Unpredictable About The Management That How Long Their Department And Company run Which You part. ( 3) Also Not Sure That How Long They carry Their Employee For The job And Sudden Decision to Fire Any employee. (4)Also The Management Staff Are Not Able To handle the Employ As Well As the Company. (5)No Clearance Between The HR An Company Head That They Want to close the Department Or Run. (6) If Some One Want To go for The Job they has to Ready to Leave this job Because Of Company Management They said that the Job is Long Time At the Interview but At the same Time They provide You sudden notice Foe Leave the Job. So job Security Is Very Poor.So Do not think For Long Time. (7)They Are Running The company Like School Not Like Some MNC company. (8) No Job Security In This Company.
