Pros
I loved working there, everyone treats everyone like family. The staff was always willing to help one another. I always felt comfortable working with the staff, and never had any worries when it came to addressing issues.
Cons
Occasionally we would run into issues with inventory (such as glasses), however, it was usually fixed shortly after. Under its old ownership, there was always the nervousness of messing up or making mistakes (knowing you would be help financially responsible for the issue), however, under new management, it became more relaxed; They realized you are human and mistakes do occasionally happen.
