Pros
Our new GSM is the most incredible person I’ve ever worked for! He’s fair, doesn’t call people out, and he generally cares for every person who works for him. You want to work for him not because you’re scared of getting fired but because you don’t want to let him down.
Cons
It’s the car business, hours are long if you let them be. Work hard and time flies by and you make a lot of money doing it.
