Pros

Many good people Work does end at work Good in-between job

Cons

Admin is controlling of every part of the museum and you should be prepared to be really agreeable with them or just really good at letting things go if you want to have a peaceful time at the museum. This is true for any role here. I was 1 of like 3 non-white people who worked here (large staff) and the micro aggressions, dismissiveness, carelessness of non-white communities aside from making profit, and over all corporate feel of the museum is hard to get past if you care about authenticity and justice. The museum presents itself as a forward-minded progressive institution and its just not really true. They are very profit focused right now and are pushing employees to execute faster and cheaper instead of prioritizing quality.
