      Good salary is the only thing I can consider pros for Sam Media

      Cons

      There's absolutely no career development with this company. Organization rules and procedures are very lousy and employers who are close to managers will get most benefits. Micro management is a default management style in all management layers. Management is not open to feedback.

      Cons

      Shady and unethical business practices. Leans heavily on exploiting grey areas within the industry, relying on accidental subscription through deliberately misleading marketing.
