Like any growing company, there can be periods of change that feel fast-paced. Processes are still evolving, which can sometimes mean things aren’t as structured as you’d expect—but leadership is open to feedback.

Good contacts with industry professionals

Initial listing lied, ended up working a different shift on different days than advertised, stuck it out anyway. HR dragging their feet during onboarding process should've been the final red flag, but stuck it out anyway. On site onboarding is nonexistent, with trainings that don't apply to the job 99% of the time. Local management knows less about the role than you do, even if you have no experience. Work hard and get picked to go do more work while people just sit around. Management is either vague, no communication, cliquey, or all of the above. Upper management flat out lied, stating no one would be terminated during a restructuring, yet I, and many others who worked hard, were terminated while the ones who did nothing previously kept their jobs. I'm not usually someone who 1 stars across the board, but in this instance, I wish I could do less or even negative stars. All in all, felt like a waste of time. Run away.
